

Stuart Fischer, an Executive Vice President of Robinson Lerer & Montgomery, has extensive experience managing communications efforts for a wide range of clients.
He serves as a communications advisor to senior executives regarding crisis management (including litigation support), major transactions, new product and service announcements, government and/or community relations, employee communications, and on-going strategic communications. He also has worked on a number of high-profile start-ups. Combining his consulting role with hands-on project management, Mr. Fischer has client assignments across a wide range of industries – communications, media, health care, management consulting, retail (including electronic retail), real estate, and transportation.
Mr. Fischer joined RLM in 1994 after nine years at Geto & de Milly, Inc., a New York-based public relations and government relations firm.
Previously, Mr. Fischer was Director of Communications for the Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc.; Executive Director of Communications for the Department of General Services for the City of New York, where he worked closely with Mayor Edward I. Koch; and Public Relations Manager at CBS News responsible for public relations for The CBS Evening News with Walter Cronkite and other television and radio news programming.
Mr. Fischer is a graduate of Colgate University with a B.A. in philosophy. He served for eight years as Chairman of the Board of Metropolitan Montessori School on Manhattan’s West Side, where he oversaw the school’s relocation and expansion.
